Yes you can send gifts from libas.com.tr. To send gifts, after adding the products to your shopping cart, you should add a note before completing the checkout to specifiy the products that are going to be inside the gift package

If the product(s) that I am willing to buy isn't in stock, what are we going to do?

Our stock system is always updated but if there is any system mistake and you have completed the order, our team will immediately make the refund to you,through whatever the payment method was.

Gift cards earned through a promotional campaign can't be used with other promotional campaigns or on discounted items

Can I change a product that I ordered before?

If your order is an international order, product changes can't be done. Instead you can return the goods if they are meeting the return policy. On the other hand you can make size or product changes for once if the order is shipping from (to) Turkey.

Which towns from Izmir are available for same day delivery?

Same day delivery available towns: Konak, Bornova, Narlıdere, Bayraklı, Buca, Gaziemir, Karşıyaka, and Balçova

Am I going to pay shipping fee for the products that I order?

If your order is international, the shipping fee will be added to the value after selecting the country. In case it is an order from Turkey, shipping is free of charge.

After placing an order, how long will it take to arrive?

For the international orders, after receiving the order, the shipping will take 7-10 days. Regarding the domestic(Turkey) shipments, orders placed from Monday to Friday until 18:00 will be shipped on the same day, and it will take 1-3 days to be delivered according to the city ordered.

I want to return a product that I purchased previously, what should I do?

If the product(s) is meeting the criteria of the return policy, the amount will be refunded to you immediately after we receive the goods. You should expect 3 -7 business days of refund period, due to bank transaction delay.


You should send the unused products that you want to return in max. 15 days after you receive the goods, with their original tags on and with the invoice that we have sent with the goods.

After we receive the goods that you shipped back to us , you will be informed with e-mail. After our team checks if the products are meeting the criteria of the return policy, refunds will be in your account in 3- 7 business days due to bank transaction period.

After the approval of the returns, how long it will take to receive the refund?

It will take 3-7 business days approximately, also the process after our bank receives the refund is not in our control due to bank privacy policies. In any case of delay, we don't have the right to intervene the process.

May I change a gift that I received from libas.com.tr?

If the gift you received is unused and not tailored, you can change the product with its original tags on, in max 15 days with gift changing card.

You can directly change the product with equivalent value products.

If the product that you are willing to buy in change is high-priced than the product that you returned, you can pay the difference by cash or credit card.

If the product that you are willing to buy in change is low-priced than the product that you returned, the difference will be saved in our system and you will be given credit receipt.

Cash refund won't be given in gift changes.

How does "I want to pick up my goods from the store" works?

Before arriving to checkout page, you can choose which store you want to pick up the goods, from the delivery option page. Options are either, Alsancak store or Bornova Store.

  • Where can I pick up my order when I arrive at the store?
    You can pick your order from the cashier desk at the entrance of the store.
  • What should I present to receive my order at the cashier?
    Declaring your order ID and ID card will be enough.
  • May I pick up the goods by sending someone else to the store?
    Yes you can, but he or she should present your original ID.
  • How long the goods can stay at the store before I pick them up?
    The goods that you ordered will be kept for max 30 days at the store, and after that they will be sent back to the warehouse.
  • What should I do if my order is sent mistaken.
    By checking your invoice, the mistake will be cleared, and the possible changes can be done, or you can ask for a refund because of the mistake.
  • When will the goods arrive to the store after the order?
    Your order will arrive to the store in max 2days.
  • Is it possible to make special tailoring at the store for the ordered products?
